Cinnamon is a Swedish shoe manufacturer that stands for shoes designed for more than just the standardized shoe form, aiming to provide quality and comfortable shoes for various types of feet. Our mission was to redesign the webshop where improvements are needed.
How can we make Cinnamon's webshop attractive and easy to navigate for the target audience while also encouraging the purchase of Cinnamon's products?

Solution
Since the company emphasises quality, craftsmanship, and foot health aspects, and based on our survey of the company's target audience, which consists of middle-aged and older individuals, this became the direction for our work.
With the new webshop, we have chosen to rearrange and reduce content while ensuring that it adheres to a consistent font style for better readability. We aim to ensure that users can more easily find what they are looking for and navigate around the pages. Additionally, we have decided to focus on a page dedicated to foot health where users can read about various foot problems, as this is one of the main focuses of the company.
